YOGA IN SCHOOLS

Yoga has multiple health benefits and can improve concentration, sleep and self-esteem making it a wonderful addition to the school environment. 

Starting in January 2022, Cullompton Community College will be hosting after-school Yoga classes for Years 7-11 in association with Katie at Simple Wellbeing. Visit www.simplewellbeing.co.uk to book a place.


Simple Wellbeing and Active Devon are working with local primary and secondary schools to bring yoga and relaxation classes to staff and pupils.
