Yoga in Schools

Yoga has multiple health benefits and can improve concentration, sleep and self-esteem making it a wonderful addition to the school environment. 

In early 2022, Cullompton Community College leadership team worked with Teen Yoga Teacher Katie Arscott at Simple Wellbeing to host after-school Yoga classes for Years 7-11. 

Simple Wellbeing and Active Devon also worked with local primary and secondary schools to bring yoga and relaxation classes to both staff and pupils.
