A free online resource for children, young people and the community of Cullompton & Culm Valley

In 2021, Katie Arscott, a Wellbeing Practitioner and Yoga Teacher, worked with the local council, secondary school and voluntary sector to create and launch a series of wellbeing talks for children, teens and adults, during the first lockdown.

Each week introduced a story and relaxation exercise for younger children, as well as a new topic and wellbeing practice for adults & teenagers to try as part of a daily routine.
